Our Story

A Place the Woods Hold Close

Lakewood Campground sits on fifty acres of Michigan's northern hardwood country, where white pines tower overhead and morning mist lingers in the hollows. We built this place for people who want the solitude of deep woods without surrendering comfort.

Whether you arrive in a full-size RV or a backpack, our cabins and sites are positioned to give you both privacy and access to the trails, waterways, and quiet that make this corner of Comins Twp special.
